SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING POLICIES

Domestic Orders are typically delivered in 2-7 business days depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout. International Orders are typically delivered in 7-21 business days depending on the shipping service and the time it takes for the package to clear local customs.

*Please note, the shipping options displayed at checkout will give more specific delivery timelines for each shipping service and based on the ship-to postal code.

All orders placed prior to 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a given Business Day, regardless of the shipping method chosen, will be shipped that day.

Any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, regardless of the shipping method chosen, will ship the following Business Day

For the purposes of calculating your order processing / shipping time, please note that Angelasaieva’ Business Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding holidays).

Example: An order placed on a Tuesday at 2:00PM EST, with a selected shipping method of “Overnight Shipping”, will not ship until the next Business Day, Wednesday, and would be delivered the following Business Day, Thursday. 

Please Note: Saturday Delivery is not available at this time. An order placed via Overnight shipping at 9:00am on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday. 

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Customization / Personalization  Customized / Personalized products (items with additional lettering, numbers, sleeve alterations, etc) may require up to 3 additional Business Days for processing and/or shipment. If we anticipate any further delay based on the customization / personalization requested, we will notify you of such as quickly as possible.

We strongly recommend that you double-check any requested customization / personalization as customized / personalized products may not be returned or exchanged

  • Security Review: - For the security of our customers, certain orders may be delayed for credit card security review. These delays can be anywhere from a few hours to a day or two. Some orders may result in Angelasaieva asking for an alternative form of payment from the customer. We will do our best to analyze and make a processing decision as soon as possible.
  • Insufficient Stock / Items “Out of Stock”- In the event that we are unable to ship one or more of the items that you have ordered, whether due to insufficient stock or otherwise, Angelasaieva will notify you of this situation via the email address provided with your order. Often times such inventory shortages are the result of unexpected manufacturing delays, and are not immediately known to Angelasaieva at the time your order is submitted. In the event of such an unexpected situation, you will have the option of canceling your order and receiving a full refund. In the event that you should choose to wait for the particular item(s) to return to stock, and thus become available for shipment, your shipping / processing time will be calculated based on the date that the item is once again available for shipment from Angelasaieva.
  • Special Order Items – Shipping and processing times for “Special Order” items (those items not regularly stocked by Angelasaieva, and/or items manufactured solely at the customer’s direction) will vary depending on the item(s) ordered.“Special Order” items would NOT include stock items which are merely receiving customization and/or personalization as discussed above, but refer, instead, to custom made apparel, equipment, etc. designed and created specifically to the customer’s specifications. To obtain shipping and processing times on such items and orders, please contact your Sales Representative at 1-800-431-4514.
  • International Shipments - All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Mail. Though shipping times on international orders vary, most orders ship in accordance with the terms listed above, and are delivered in 5-10 Business Days. These estimates may also apply to orders shipped to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO/AP/AE’s and/or other non-traditional residential or commercial addresses.

Please note: In some instances, customers may be subject to additional shipping charges and/or costs on international orders as determined by the rules and regulations of the country and/or territory in which the shipment is to be received. Local duty, taxes, fees or other charges rendered or levied by any party other than Angelasaieva, are beyond the control of Angelasaieva and are the sole responsibility of the customer/ recipient. Finally, due to an abnormally high rate of fraudulent orders and payment transactions in certain geographic regions, Angelasaieva reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries and territories.

Address Changes and/or Corrections – Angelasaieva will ship your order to the address which you provide at the time your order is placed. If you need to change or amend the shipping address provided, such a change must be communicated to Angelasaieva (whether by email or telephone) prior to the shipment of the order. Once we have shipped the order we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders returned to Angelasaieva by the shipping carrier, whether due to an “undeliverable shipping address”, “return to sender” request, or other reason beyond Rugby Import’s control shall be subject to additional shipping fees resulting from costs incurred to re-ship the order. If you have any questions regarding the shipping address you have provided, please contact us immediately. 



RETURN POLICY
  • Any return received after 30 days from invoice date will be given store credit only. If you place an order between November 1st and December 31st, you will have until January 31st to return the product for a refund. Any package received after January 31st will receive a store credit only.
  • Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Opened software, and pre-recorded videos may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for a refund.
  • Custom items are non-refundable (including numbering, sleeve alterations, additional embroidery, etc.).
  • Rugby Warehouse items can be returned for store credit only.
  • Items must be returned clean. Any unclean good(s) received will be returned to the customer.
  • All products should be returned 100 percent complete, contain all original boxes, tags, packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • Angelasaieva strongly suggests that you fully insure and track your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.
  • If you receive an incorrect item or size/color, contact Angelasaieva for a return shipping label. We will not reimburse shipping costs for returned items if you do not follow this procedure.
  • If you receive damaged merchandise, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify the carrier immediately for an inspection and a pick up. We can not guarantee a refund until the item is inspected and determined damaged or defective.
  • In some cases, customer may be refunded cost of product less the cost of a prepaid return label. Contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

To speed your exchange or refund, please enclose the return form which is on the back of your invoice. Or you can download the Return Form by clicking here (PDF).

We try to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. If you need your return or exchange is time sensitive we suggest you place another order for the item you need. Then, send your return back. Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please send your shipment, at your expense, via UPS, FedEx, or insured U.S.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

Angelasaieva, at its sole discretion, may offer certain products and / or services to consumers at a discounted rate as part of “Discount Sale”, “Special Offer” and/or “Promotional Offer” (collectively referred to hereinafter a “Promotion”). Any such Promotion shall be made solely at Angelasaieva discretion, and may be subject to specific terms and conditions as determined by Angelasaieva. Orders which qualify for a Promotion – whether in whole or part – shall be hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Orders.” Such orders may be subject to special terms and conditions, including, but not limited to the following:

    1. Except where otherwise noted, a customer seeking wishing to return / exchange a Promotional Order, or any item which comprised a portion of the Promotional Order, may do so in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in our Policies and Return Policies (which may be found here https://www.angelasaieva.com/policies.asp)

    1. The return of any portion of a Promotional Order may void the order’s Promotion eligibility. In such cases, the return of any portion of the Promotional Order will require equal forfeiture of Promotion and/or an amount equal to the discount received.

    1. Promotions based on the dollar amount of an order shall be deemed void where the dollar amount of the order placed, minus the dollar amount of the item returned, would no longer satisfy the Promotion eligibility requirements. In such cases, the dollar value of any sale price, discount pricing, volume discounting, free goods and / or services or other Promotion will be deducted from the amount of any refund due to the customer for return item(s). This policy shall be similarly applicable for Promotions based on quantity, order volume, etc. where the removal of the returned items from the Promotional Order would result in a “post-return” order that does not meet the eligibility requirements for the given Promotion. 

      Example: A Promotion offers a “Free Rugby Ball with €25 Purchase.“ A customer purchases two items – one €12.00 and the other €18.00 – thus qualifying for the free rugby ball Promotion. If the customer then returns the €18.00 item the resulting “post-return” order would have a qualifying value of only €12.00, thus failing to meet the Promotion requirements. In such a case, the retail value of the free rugby ball would be deducted from the €18 which the customer would otherwise receive for the item he has returned.

  1. If Angelasaieva is unable to fulfill one of more of the items comprising a Promotional Order, the customer shall have the option of choosing an available replacement item. In such cases, Promotion eligibility would be determined based on the terms of the resulting order as amended. 

    Example: A Promotion offers a “Free Rugby Ball with €25 Purchase.“ A customer purchases two items – one €12.00 and the other €18.00 – thus qualifying for the free rugby ball Promotion. Angelasaieva informs the customer that the €18.00 item is presently out of stock. The customer selects a replacement item whose price is €10.00. The resulting order, as amended, would have a qualifying value of only €22.00, thus failing to meet the Promotion requirements.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Angelasaieva mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by RUGBY IMPORTS, LTD (“Angelasaieva”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Angelasaieva’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Angelasaieva through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Angelasaieva. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18553887624 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Angelasaieva mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
